NexQubeTech processes account, workspace, content and connected-platform data to provide the service. We do not sell personal information. Workspace customers control the content and social data they submit, while NexQubeTech processes it to deliver the contracted service.
1. Scope and roles
This policy applies to the NexQubeTech website, applications, APIs and related services. “NexQubeTech,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator identified in your order form or invoice. For customer workspace data, the customer normally determines why data is processed and NexQubeTech acts as its service provider or processor. For account administration, billing, security and our website, NexQubeTech may act as controller.
2. Information we collect
Account and organization data
Name, business email, password hash, organization, workspace memberships, roles, preferences, login timestamps and support communications.
Connected social-platform data
Platform account identifiers, profile or Page names, authorized scopes, encrypted access and refresh tokens, token expiry, posts, media, comments, conversations, engagement metrics and other information made available under the permissions you approve.
Content and AI inputs
Prompts, drafts, brand guidance, templates, uploaded media, generated content, campaign information and feedback. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and lawfully permitted.
Usage, device and diagnostic data
IP address, browser and device information, routes accessed, response status, timestamps, trace identifiers, security events, errors and performance measurements. We exclude passwords, raw payment-card data and authentication cookies from application logs.
Billing data
Plan, invoice, subscription and payment status, currency, transaction references and billing contact information. Payment providers process card or payment credentials; NexQubeTech does not store raw card numbers or CVV.
3. How and why we use information
- Provide authentication, workspaces, collaboration, publishing, inbox, analytics, reporting and automation.
- Connect authorized social accounts and perform requested provider actions.
- Generate and improve user-requested AI outputs.
- Process subscriptions, enforce plan limits and maintain invoices.
- Secure, troubleshoot and monitor the service; prevent misuse and fraud.
- Communicate service, security, support and transactional updates.
- Comply with law and enforce agreements.
Depending on jurisdiction and context, processing may rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligation. Where consent applies, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Artificial intelligence
When you request AI features, relevant prompts, brand context, selected content and technical instructions may be sent to configured AI providers to generate the requested output. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Users must review generated content before publication. We do not use solely automated processing to make legal or similarly significant decisions about individuals unless clearly disclosed and lawfully enabled.
7. Retention
We retain information while an account or workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to provide exports, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and maintain security. Retention varies by data type, plan, customer instruction, provider limitation and law. Backups may retain deleted information for a limited recovery cycle before secure overwrite. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained where it can no longer reasonably identify a person.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent. Workspace members should first contact their workspace administrator because the customer may control their data. We may verify identity and authority before responding. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object based on your circumstances. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication, session security, preferences and service operation. Any optional analytics or advertising cookies should be presented through an appropriate consent mechanism where required.
10. Security
Controls include access restrictions, tenant separation, encryption for protected provider tokens, HTTPS, secure cookies, audit records and operational monitoring. No system is completely secure. Customers must protect credentials, assign least-privilege roles and promptly report suspected compromise.
11. Children
The service is intended for businesses and authorized professional users, not children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children below the age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as services, providers or laws change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
13. Contact
Submit privacy questions or rights requests through our Contact page. For removal instructions, use the Data Deletion page.
4. Social-platform connections
Connections use OAuth. NexQubeTech receives only the permissions approved on the provider’s consent screen. We use connected data to perform requested functions such as publishing, retrieving permitted insights, synchronizing messages or comments, and reporting. Providers independently process information under their own policies and terms.
You can disconnect an account from Integrations or revoke access in the provider’s security settings. Revocation stops future API access but does not automatically remove information already lawfully stored; submit a deletion request where needed.
